Cowturd disrespecting the Irish!

As I have said, I have heard a few others say that USC is not as good as originally thought so the win was no biggie. Others are raving about Josh and the Irish. All agree that a passing game has to improve enough to keep things honest.

The train has left the station on this bozo and he contiues to suck up the exhaust fumes from it. He’s rapidly being deserted by the other dogs in the anti-ND pound. Did anyone see those two ESPN clowns on their early evening show indicate ESPN would love for ND to run the table to set them up complete the playoff match ups along with Bama, Penn State and one other I can’t recall.

I find it amusing that some of the talking heads predicted a Southern Cal win, but then when they get hosed all of a sudden those same guys say they're not really that good.

Cowherd is a waffler of epic proportions.

Turd talks about our offensive line.
They are all seniors.
They are like the kid in high school with a mustache.

Ok- the only one who can’t return is McGlinchey.
(We know Nelson is going to the NFL)

How about their offensive line? Just rewatched the first half. Most of their guys are juniors who got abused by our young defensive line.

If- we get through NC State and once we beat Miami. Kelly needs to get brash and just say.
We’ve destroyed all our teams in wins.
You can’t leave us out. The playoff would be irrelevant.

Love it. I wonder who the crybaby predicted to win? I don’t ever listen to him but I would guess he picked his beloved Trojans. His proclamations that all those teams would beat us falls on deaf ears. He can’t be objective when it comes to ND. Never has been and never will be. Suck it, cowterd!

Lol, a couple things...

1. The guy says Notre Dame is not a top 10 team, then lists 5 teams that he thinks would beat ND head-to-head... Where did this guy learn elementary math? Who are the 10 teams Colin?

2. ND is maxed out in his opinion, because they are senior laden....

QB: the most important player on the team, Wimbush (JR) is a first year starter and is improving every time out.

RB: Tony Jones (SOPH) is finally healthy and looked like the guy we were told he was for the first time on Saturday. ND added an entirely new offensive personnel package because of him.

WR: Kevin Stepherson (SOPH) finally worked his way back on Saturday and adds a completely different dimension to the offense with his speed. Oh and he has the best hands on the team. Also, Chase Claypool (SOPH) continues to improve week-to-week. He's becoming a dominant blocker and that could hide well for the short passing game with Stepherson.

RT: Kraemer (SOPH) and Hainsey (FR) continue to improve each week. ND has been able to do more in the run game behind the right side of the offensive line every time out.

DE: Daelin Hayes (SOPH), Julian Okwara (SOPH) and Khalid Kareem (SOPH) make up the bulk of ND's pass rushing. They're all still just learning and we're seeing marked improvement from them each week.

LB: Te'Von Coney (JR) is getting all the work with Martini sidelined. As he becomes more and more assignment sound It's obvious just how good he is, especially in the run game. Getting more confident with the defense each week.

CB /S: Julian Love (SOPH), Shaun Crawford (JR), Donte Vaughn (SOPH), Troy Pride (SOPH), Nick Coleman (JR), Jalen Elliot (SOPH), Devin Studstill (SOPH)... Of the 8 DB's that see significant minutes in ND's defensive rotation, only one, Nick Watkins, is a senior. The secondary had miles of growth left in it.

Cowherd is a goof in the most derogatory sense and doesn't have a clue what he's talking about.

He's made a living off giving hot takes that get both sides to listen. There are a lot of ND haters who love this take because it gives them hope that ND is not that good..... there are a lot of ND lovers that listen to this and get upset and go out and talk about it.... as we are doing here..... Either way Cowherd is winning as we are all talking about him whether you like or hate ND...... Honestly, I don't think he or any of these other hot take dudes actually believe what they are saying. They are just playing everyone to get ratings and it has been proven to work.

Lol, I don't mind if the guy wins. It's North America man. If he can get rich being a d-bag, all the power too him... That said, he's still a goof :)

Agree 100%

I can't stand him but I understand where he and all the other blow-hards in the media are coming from when they say stuff like this.

Seems it is the popular thing to do to jump on the Irish bandwagon right now, so he is going to do the opposite to get clicks.

exactly - do you know how many Cowherd threads I've seen from other fanbases? that's his MO, and it's actually a good thing for ND - it means ND is topical again...

as they say, there is no such thing as bad press...

Or Bill O'Reilly... Weinstein is a piece of garbage. O'Reilly had to pay $32 million to shut somebody up. I so want to know what cost $32 million in a settlement to cover up.

I deleted my post because I hate talking politics on this board. The only reason I used Harvey Weinstein was because he is current in the news now. My apologies if I offended you. But politics suck !.

I don’t think you offended anybody! IIO was just throwing in another example of someone in power and in the spotlight that was apparently abusive of their position. Not a liberal versus conservative political issue in my view, just two examples of powerful men in the entertainment world that abused their position of power with women, and getting called on it is a good thing.

Not a political attack at all man. Just pointing out O'Reilly and Weinstein as bug news stories or dudes with a lot of money that clearly have some issues.

You were turning it into a political thing. I didn't mean to be political. I would have used Bill Oreily if his bad publicity was in the news NOW. I was just pointing out that there is a thing such as bad publicity.
And for the record I never liked Bill Oreilly---too left wing for me and an obnoxious blowhard ahole (now I am being political)

No, I wasn't... I was talking about bad press, just like you.

”Too left wing for me...” Now that’s another fun quote. I never liked O’Reilly because I thought he was a pompous ass that took himself way too seriously, as the self appointed educator of “the folks”. But, I never understood why he was a poster child for the left as the mean spirited righty they painted him, as I thought he was just barely right of Center, and apparently Left of Bodi!

Last post on this subject as I respect your interest to talk ND football, not Politics.

He said on the OL. I agree there but then he used backs and other positions in addition to line groups to prove his point which was very grab bag. His biggest criticism of ND success was the one area with the biggest ceiling. In addition he acted like the defense didn't even exist. Not to mention weren't the first 2 TD's perfect throws?

If I really thought Cowherd believed this I might get mad. I think he's doing it as a hot take since everyone seems to be jumping on the ND bandwagon. He did say last friday that he thought ND would "blow USC out by a couple TDs". I thought he was crazy but he was right.
