The thing is the strength of schedule Dabo had vs what Kelly had. ND is always a top 20 schedule where Clemson is usually in the 60's. An average coach can win 10 games with that schedule. The key is to look at the big games that Clemson plays every year on a regular basis to see their record. If you did that you would see he has a losing record against teams like FSU(2-5), GT(3-4), and SCAR(2-5). If you look at Kelly's record you will see he has a winning record against teams in big games except two= USC(3-2), Stanford(2-3), Meat chicken(2-3), and Michigan St.(3-1). That will give you a better idea of coaching ability than looking at the over all record. He does run a classy program but he is no saint and if you knew how he did Tommy Bowden you wouldn't be defending him. By the way the graduation rates are ND at 99% and Clemson at 75%.Thanks for showing your class. That embarrassment is 64-26 and Kelly (who I already admitted maybe isn't as bad as I thought) is 49-20. Dabo has a slightly better winning percentage but close enough to call even. He also runs a classy program that graduates its players and puts a lot of them in the NFL. Don't know how ND graduates its players.
