I admit that I am one of those who obsesses over the "gains/losses" article that comes out every fall camp. In your opinions, who would you like to see make the greatest strides. More specifically, who in particular really needs the extra 10 lbs of good weight, or conversely who really needs to reshape/lose weight to be effective this season. Younger guys are obvious; are there any starters/two deep who need to have an exceptional off-season?
