No doubt, but Charlie had the brains to hire him.

He performed well with both Bradys actually. That 2005 had basically the same offensive weapons as 2004 is the only necessary point of comparison.

To me a very good coach finds ways to be successful regardless of what he has to work with. Adjust,adapt, be creative. Charlie did none of that. Plus he was a lousy administrator.

Davie was equally as bad as ty & weis. I know Davie has done a decent job at NM, but he was dreadful at ND. The fact that ND had to settle for those three in the last two decades is troubling. Some would include Kelly on that list I guess, but at least Kelly was a very hot name at the time.

They are gonna get smacked hard. that school was SMU-level cheating for the past 7 years. All of a sudden a 6-6 Miss team never in the SEC conversation landed all these 5* players from all over the country. Houston Nutt's trial is just tipping the iceberg.
