Don't read much about Kelly and his recruitment by ND ? Supposedly according to recruiting services , C. Kelly is 100% committed to Oklahoma . Just wonder if Caleb Kelly has told Brian Kelly of his intentions so B.Kelly has moved on?

Brian Kelly is now making home visits to prospective recruits . Is C.Kelly on Brian Kelly's itinerary ?

Denbrock and BVG visiting Kelly Today, Brian Kelly supposedly visiting next week.
 
Imagine if Caleb Kelly picked Notre Dame ,I just wonder if that would sway Ben Davis ? It would be a tremendous recruiting linebacking coup with Hayes,Davis, Kelly . Just dreaming a scenario like this, could it help with the #1 player, Defensive tackle Rashan Gary ? If I'm thinking big , so what, I can hope..

ND is def "in it" w/ Kelly. I don't know if he ends up Irish, but he's not "100% Oklahoma". BK is waiting til the end to have his in home. Stoops already used his so we can wait it out. BVG is visiting tonight and CK has had questions about how he runs his meetings but he feels better about it and feels more comfortable. Also, he just began following Demitris Robertson on twitter. Maybe nothing, may be everything, who knows.
 
Mcculloch just announced he is not visiting Bama this weekend and instead taking the swag copter to college station. Believe he stays in state.

Really? I think Nd leads, not that I am a star at predicting, but are you sure you got that right?

Beach, we've gone from leading to trending to Oklahoma to 100% Oklahoma to ND being considered, etc... All over the map with the so-called experts. I think Dmaster's post reflects the current trending, but who the hell knows!

there's a poster on another board, that is apparently reputable, that says solid sources outside of the ND reporting circles are hearing things that are making them confident that ND will land Kelly and lead with Robertson. He also thinks ND lands Jones as well.

Kelly is definitely trending toward ND. OU has just tonight offered 2 LB's. This late in the game, that's a very good sign for ND. I would be shocked if Kelly doesn't end up in this class. BK still has his in home and barring anything crazy I like his chances to close this out. Adding Kelly and DR to this class could make this the second best class of the BK era. Helleuva finish.

there's a western recruiting analyst, don't have a name, but saw this posted on another site, that his source within the Caleb Kelly camp has informed him that Caleb has made his decision and is waiting for signing day. Sounds like he will choose ND.
 
Looks like the Irish get one last shot today, according to 247sports...

Today is the final in-person contact between the Notre Dame coaching staff and Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West five-star linebackerCaleb Kelly.

The 6-3, 215-pounder will host head coach Brian Kelly, associate head coach Mike Denbrock and linebackers coach Mike Elston during an in-home visit on Tuesday.

Notre Dame is in a close battle with Oklahoma for Kelly's services, with Oregon trailing in the third spot.

“After the [Notre Dame] visit, I kind of got a better feel for everything,” said Kelly. “They had the academics, the football, the tradition. They have the people. They have great connections after football. It would be a smart decision to go there.”

As of two weeks ago, it looked like Notre Dame was going to land its top linebacker target from the West Coast. However, a big push from the Sooners coaching staff has turned things back around and Oklahoma looks to be the favorite once again.

Can the Irish staff flip things back in their favor? That remains to be seen, but we should know in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Per the 247Sports Composite rankings, Kelly is the No. 25 overall player in the nation, No. 3 outside linebacker in the country and No. 5 recruit in California from the class of 2016.

Sounds like he is going to Oklahoma. Idk what all of you are hearing, but I would be very surprised if he ended up Irish.
 
I'm not selling anything. I always just bring here things from around the rumor mill. I'm sure there's some misinformation out there, but I think there's a lot of truth out there too.
 
the pie in one of the above pics was made by Caleb Kelly's mom. from what i'm reading the mom is telling people that she won't give any hints as to where her son will be going to school. in other words these insiders are just guessing like we fans are and only the Kelly family really knows the answer as to where he'll be attending school. i'm not buying what OU insiders and others are saying until I hear it from Caleb and family

That wasn't a hint. This proves the mom is a great hostess. Now if she baked that pie without the ND guests, that would show where SHE wants her son to go. However it's his decision. We have seen in the past cases in which the parents were pro-ND and the son went elsewhere.

yeah I'm not sold on all the "CK is all Oklahoma" talk. He may very well go there, but I don't know how 1 week he goes from being irish to the next all but a done deal to Oklahoma. I'm not here saying CK is heading to south bend, but I don't think we're out of it like some.

The last thing I would ever attempt to do is try to guess what's in the head of a teenager. IMO, mom is being a great hostess and maybe she would prefer her son go to ND but as we have seen many times recruits don't take their parents advice.

yeah I don't think the pie has any indication of where CK is heading. I thought it was odd the sign above the pie saying "if you're looking for a sign..."

If you look at the background it looks like that pie was placed on a desk, there are tape dispenser, what looks to be a digital picture frame, a lamp. My guess is they just pushed all of that aside to set the pie down.
 
there's also some hoopla over on Irishenvy b/c his mom posted "waste of time" last night as well. Honestly I think the Kellys are trying to keep everyone guessing and letting different signs and info out there to keep his decision a secret. I mean didn't they say last week that the coaches wouldn't know until he decided? How would he have changed and basically committed to Oklahoma a couple days later?

Did someone post that tweet "waste of time"? If not why would anyone believe it based on the tweets we have seen fron her saying it was a great visit. See Coolirish9's comment above.
 
It is one thing to want privacy, but what is the purpose of game playing ?
Which 'waste of time', is being referred to ? maybe the next visitation by Ok. and B Snoops.
