BSB: ND takes BC series

Notre Dame defeated Boston College 5-2 today, taking the series from the Eagles after beating them 10-4 last night.

Ryan Smoyer continued his huge season, improving to 8-0 after scattering 7 hits over 7 innings.

Irish are now 35-18 overall and 17-12 in ACC. They go for the series sweep starting at 3:35 p.m. ET.
