Book

Ski,

If BW can improve his passing, this will be a very dangerous offense. all things considered, Book did well filling in. BW is the clear number one. I agree he has more upside. Still, it's good to have a legit backup. I think as the season rolls on, both QB's will get better. When I look at this team I see a lot of talent. They are slowly coming together as a complete unit. If they can beat SC, I think this could be a special season.

I don't see how anyone can say that they don't think book is the better passer from what we've seen so far. The INTs were not as bad as some of BW's, and the accuracy is far and away better, so far. Missed reads from a first time starter is par for the course and percentage wise, BW has had many more misreads, so far. Wimbush is the better runner, book the more polished passer, as of now, imo.

That used to be the thought-- that Ian was a better passer. Not after this game. 2 nits and missed reads and some bad throws. Now I see him as a capable back up who throws a nice ball. Not always to the location
BW has more upside and has n
Made some decent throws. I do not see a big difference between them anymore

"Not after this game. 2 nits and missed reads and some bad throws."

1st time starter, on the road and in the rain -- what were you expecting -- Brady/Manning? Was he polished, no, was not expected to be, but he managed the game well. It is nice to know that ND has someone who can come in and take care of things.

BTW -- what are nits (yes, letters are inverted!)?
