"I hit the ‘24 class calculator and put together a very conservative class, (so no Wingo or Rushing).
I did give ND Justin Scott & Peyton Woodyard.
I did just 3 OL but 2 TEs. You could do 4 and 1, same difference.
I didn’t add guys like Mylan Graham because he has no score yet, so put Jason Robinson in his place (solid 4 Star).
But with only 23 commits, the score was over 307. So with two more commits or a tweak here or there, it could be over 310.
310 is in the #1-2 range discussion most years. ND could add another RB, DL, or OL to this to get to the 25 number.
Here is the ‘24 class I used, not as a prediction, just as an example for points.
QB Carr
RB Smith
WR Williams
WR Robinson
WR Denmark
WR Mosley
TE Larsen
TE Prieskorn
OL Lambert
OL Jones
OL Moore
DL Swain
DL Wafle
DL Scott
DL Lightfoot
LB Hayes
LB Speca
LB Asa
CB Beasley
CB Agard
CB Bowen
S Tae Johnson
S Woodyard
That’s 23 commits at 307.
If we got Rushing instead of Lightfoot or Wingo instead of any WR, we would be around 311.
Then add 2-3 more to get to 25 and you would be #1 area if discussion."
Found this nugget. Sounds beautiful.
