Kelly will be shown the door by year 3. LSU is expecting a championship contender in 2 years. That won’t happen.

SC: Riley is walking into a mess! I believe he can turn it back into a championship contender but not in 3 years.

ND: Out of the 3, ND is in the best shape. Freeman will have a championship within 3 years! He will bring in that next level elite talent ND has wanted.

SC made the most immediately impactful hire. LSU made the safest hire. They both made very clear positive steps in the right direction.

The Irish: probably the most hasty hire. That being said, I believe in Rees’s mind, Freeman’s fire and my University.

Believe!

Kelly if given time will be successful at LSU, he’s just too damn good of a coach.

However, something I’ve thought about recently….. If Kelly were coaching that 2019 LSU team, would he have had the humility to hand over the keys to the offense like Coach O did for Joe Brady and Ensminger.

Those two coached LSU to probably the best offense in CFB history that season. I don’t think BK would have been able to contain himself from tinkering.

BK wants things done his way, most of the time that works, but once in a while it’s a detriment.

LSU hands down. Bk will win a title there. As much as I now hate him.

Trying to remember all the times it worked out

After what Kelly said yesterday, He can kiss my Irish a**. I will never utter his name again and LSU deserves the *astard.

"I came down here because I wanted to be with the best," he said. "The resources here are outstanding. It starts with the alignment, excellence, the standard of expectations. Listen, you're looked at in terms of championships here. I want that. I want to be under the bright lights. I want to be on the Broadway stage. That's what my passion is. So, yeah, that's part of the draw, there's no doubt about that." what is ND? SPAM!!! No wonder none of his really good assistants wanted to follow him. He's nothing but a Sorry Son of a Bistick Eater.

It never works in big games with Kelly. When its time to bark with the big dogs...You'll find Kelly peeing with the puppies.

Remember Kelly is a fraud. He is going thru the motions. He got his contract. All he has to do is show up. BTW. Miss. State got the best coach available.

for me it’s a toss up between USC/LSU. Won’t be surprised if both Kelly and RIley win a title at there new gig.

cautiously optimistic about freeman

The only thing I'm worried about with Kelly is his age. If he were ten years younger he'd roll like he always does. Who knows if he still has the juice.

As for Riley, he's never built a program up for scratch, we'll see how that goes....

And Marcus Freeman, he has an idling ferrari read to go, .thanks to BK. But he's never HCed at all. So he'll have his own challenges.

I don't know, it's a tossup. They're all different.

As long as Saban is there Kelly is not winning any titles.. He won't even sniff SEC championship participation trophy.
Saban stays 3-5 years, Kelly will be gone within that time, for his failure to get over the hump. He’s not in South Bend anymore, where he had unlimited chances.

Kelly also has to go up against Jimbeaux and Elkeaux who have recruited well.

That’s one game from this year and the team is in a much better place now then it was against Cincinnati earlier this season.
ND is far more talented than Cincinnati, you simply can’t admit Kelly gets out coached. Excuses are like ass*oles, everyone has one and they all stink.

I’m sure you’d have an excuse for Michigan, Miami, Stanford, Navy x2, Tulsa, USF, and Uconn as well.

He was at the Best and walked away. He won't win a SEC Division with that pile of garbage.

And the reward for beating Saban and Jimbo isn't a national title. Its playing Kirby Smart for a chance to play in a playoff to play for the national title.

That's a lot of big-time games in one season for Coach Signature Win.

I loved Lou's response yesterday. It reminded me of Ara's when Jimmy Johnson humiliated Jerry Faust. " Like the phoenix, out of the ashes of this defeat will rise a great Notre Dame team." what that dirt bag did fired up Lou Holtz; you should find it and watch it. "You don't do that stuff at Notre Dame......"

No they aren't at the 2 most important spots on the field which are QB and CB and their RB doesn't take a backseat to KW.

They played us at the right time. We were still struggling on the OL .

Now I think we beat them but it's a close game.

Go to the LSU board. Kelly’s gone, good riddance. Get used to it.

I mean you can check my post history and see how much ive criticized Kelly. A team full of a bunch of inexperienced 4 stars can’t be expected to be better than a bunch of 3rd 4th and 5th year experienced 3 stars

BK deserves a ton of credit for his work with this years team

To be fair... two of them are walking into situations where they are replacing a guy that was fired due to poor performance.

That was an embarrassment what happened against Cincinatti

We werent ready for that game. Piss poor coaching

Eddie O did not hand it over the offense because of humility. He handed the offense over because he was at best a D Line coach and was clueless. Brian Kelly knows the offensive side of the ball, so he would have not handed over anything. Good or bad that is the truth.
