@Greg Smith reported tonight that 2027 QB Trae Taylor has moved up his commitment date to May 1. That all but guarantees it won't be to Notre Dame, because I don't believe the Irish plan to have offered 2027 quarterbacks by then.
Greg mentioned Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, LSU, Michigan, Nebraska and Texas A&M as the contenders.
