Notre Dame 2024 four-star running back commit Aneyas Williams’s speed numbers have been confirmed by VNN Sports.

Similar to what they did with 2024 wide receiver commit Cam Williams, VNN Sports used Reel Analytics, a company based out of Atlanta, to track Aneyas’ speed.

Reel Analytics is “an AI-powered sports tech & data company analyzing video to measure athleticism so coaches can evaluate talent more accurately."

Williams clocked in a max speed of 20.5 MPH.

Williams, the No. 2 all-purpose back in the 2024 recruiting class, kicks off his senior season at Hannibal (Mo.) High Aug. 25.

The 5-foot-10, 195-pound recruit is one of four Notre Dame commits to hold a 5.9 rating from Rivals. Others include offensive guard Peter Jones, safety Brauntae Johnson and linebacker Kyngstonn Villiamu-Asa. Cam and CJ Carr have 6.0 ratings.

According to the Rivals Football Team Recruiting Rankings Formula, recruits that fall between 5.8 and 6.0 are labeled All American Candidates and “considered one of the next-tier elite prospects in the country, generally among the nation’s top 300-325 prospects overall, a national All American candidate and a player deemed to have first to third round NFL potential.”
