If we had won Saturday he'd be 6-10. Is there really that big of a difference, in this context?

Bodi, though your stats are accurate I think what they do this year is the real sign. Let's say they go 10 and 2 or 11 and 1. I would say that things are looking up. Anything less would suggest things are status quo. As I've said before, win the rest or lose the rest, Kelly needs to go. It seems painfully obvious he has worn out his welcome and I reall believe he doesn't want to be at ND anymore. But both sides appear to be stuck. ND doesn't want another huge buyout and Kelly isn't getting any interest from the NFL. For me winning out and a bowl win would be ideal. The NFL might look at Kelly then. Another losing season or mediocre season the we are still at square one. As I heard someone say after the Georgia loss, " it's Groundhog Day"
Everyone on this board wants a Saban but that isn't happening. We have the coach we have until ND makes a change - deal with it!
He lacks significant smarts in both areas. As odd as I it seems, I think he would vote Kelly for president if he were running.
Huge difference. We were all told there will be this brand new revitalized energy and focus at south bend. It would've showed that a new coaching staff and mindset, a new focus by Brian Kelly...might actually be making a difference because he finally won a close game against a perennial power.
However same sad song. For the three strides forward that the defense took the offense took six strides backwards.
Same result. Stale offense. Out coached. Incredibly bizarre personnel playing time decisions. A QB who was a deer in headlights. Our QB. While their equally inexperienced and equally pressured QB looked full of confidence.

After a couple years away from this site, it's interesting to visit and see the enlightenment of former BK cheerleaders.
I would hardly describe wimbush as a deer in headlights. Funny how on this board Notre Dame never gets beat they only lose. It's easy to tell which posters never competed in any formal athletic contests in their life. No credit to Georgia at all ? Two games into the season and the asylum doors are wide open.
Oh please, your boy bk NEVER wins big games. I've probably played in more athletic contests than you will ever dream of. Bench warming doesn't count sorry
