OT: What Is Happening At The White House?

I guess some day the liberals will come out of the closet and say, "Heil Soros." Liberal leaders talk socialism and encourage the followers to act like Nazi thugs in the streets. The liberals here haven't connected the dots yet. Old Hillary said yesterday that civility would return when the democrats take over the congress and White House. They lust after power at any cost. They will lie, cheat, and destroy to obtain it. We'll see in about three weeks.

I don't know what the hell you watch that gives you your tinfoil hat, but it's frightening that people are making money off of people like you.

Thanks Francade and you're right. It could only be one of three persons whom I have banished to outer darkness. I am through with them. I will never allow them back into my B&G house. I finally gave up on them. I hope they know Jesus so one day we can meet in heaven.
Ara are you really a man of God or just like saying it? If you really practiced what you preached you would understand not everyone thinks like you and to accept them. You like to dabble in rhetoric that you know it's not true. Soros is the boogeyman to all of you for reason and for the 200th time please explain what leaders are asking for Socialism? If you're going to bring a different view point try dealing in facts for a change.

And Ford was an expert on these tests. She lied.

I have been busy the last few days, and have only been checking in and out of the board and reading some of the comments. I would like to clear up some misconceptions
1. To argue that the Conservatives or Republicans are racist or syphathise with the KKK is completely false. The American President who was a known racist was President Wilson, a Democrat. The last KKK
Member of Congress was s Democrat. The KKK flurished in the Solid Democratic South. Democrats
Also are the governors and mayors in just about. Ever major urban city in America where the the Black
People reside. Conditions have gone from bad to worse !
2. Nazis, the American Nazi party is a joke and has next to zero following or membership by all Americans of all parties. So it just about pointless to discuss it.
3. Fascism may still exist in a few third world countries, but it was soundly defeated in WWII, and I believe that all Americans wan’t nothing to do with that form of Government.
So calling other posters racist, Nazis, or fascist does not add to the dialogue or enhance one’s
Arguments.
I have engaged in many dialogs with most members on this Tread at one time or another, and I have always tried to keep it Civil and respectful.

The rest of your quote was just rhetoric and stupid. Please enlighten me what Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan, Mark Meadows and the rest of the house thugs are doing to bring this country together? If you reply back with "expose corruption" of some BS like that please provide details of the corruption that has been exposed and how it helped our country.
I get you dont want the Freedom Caucus exposing the scam/con the Obama administration colluding with foreign actors (Christopher Steele), but now that Baker came out with the bombshell admission, McCabe spilling the beans on Rosenstein’s, and none of this would not been exposed if not for the Freedom Caucus

Initially it was a continuation of the recovery under Obama, it's not like Trump was handed a "bad" economy. But the recovery under Obama, in relation to history, was a relatively weak one, and now we are in one of the longest sustained periods of economic growth in recent history, we have record low unemployment, and growth in real wages for the first time since the 90s. And most importantly, we have record low unemployment and real wage growth in our two largest minority groups, who historically have been believed to basically not take part in our economic growth periods. To say that Trump gets no credit for that is to say we'd be in the same situation if Hillary had won. Is anyone willing to propose that? The economy was supposed to tank if Trump got elected. Instead consumer confidence spiked, investor confidence spiked, both driving the market indexes. Now, people don't buy groceries with market indexes. But then you have a broad tax cut, which has boosted both employment and wages, and people do buy groceries with both of those. And people spending money is nothing but good for the economy.

Would I give all the credit to Trump? Hell no, much economic activity takes place regardless of the President. But his attitude has very much changed the attitude of the American consumer and the American business leader. People are just more confident, and confidence is as important to the economy as it is in sports. Then he goes and cuts a better trade deal with Europe, and then a better trade deal with Mexico and Canada, and inevitably a better trade deal with China is coming. That boosts confidence even more.

Do I give him all the credit? A resounding no. Do I give him a fair amount of credit? Definitely yes. Would we be where we are today, economically, with President Clinton II? I have a very hard time believing that. Clinton would be operating on an international basis like former Presidents, minus Reagan, with some level of American "guilt", and would settle for, or keep, trade agreements that were OK for the US, but better for our partners. She'd still be letting the US pick up the bar tab for NATO and the UN, and we'd still be in that awful Paris Accord, which was going to cost the US a bundle and accomplish little of substance. Trump just wants fair agreements that reflect the relative partners, and if that's favorable to us he's not apologizing for that. And he's not going to be taken advantage of in international commerce.

This recovery began in June 2009, before president Obama's “stimulus” spendathon even started. It recovered because of the actions of the Federal Reserve and because it’s what market economies do. But president Obama's policies led to the weakest recovery since before WWII.

Now you see what I've seen building for the last year and three quarters. It is why I've been unhinged because this country is on the verge of falling like an overripe fruit. Khrushchev said in 1959..."We cannot expect Americans to jump from capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans small doses of socialism until they suddenly awake to find they have Communism." We now want something for nothing like free medical for all living in America, free college, and even mob rule. The government owes me and I want and expect it. That's why the liberal candidates are offering the moon so they can be elected in November. I have confidence in the American people; that they'll choose capitalism over the get it all for free movement. Thank God that Trump came along and woke us from our stupor. We are in perilous waters right now, a fight over the direction of our nation's future.

Here you go, you lefty lunatics:
The Democrats are right, there are two Americas. The America that works and the America that doesn’t. The America that contributes and the America that doesn’t. It’s not the haves and the have nots, it’s the dos and the don’ts. Some people do their duty as Americans, obey the law, support themselves, contribute to society and others don’t. That’s the divide in America .

It’s not about income inequality, it’s about civic irresponsibility. It’s about a political party that preaches hatred, greed and victimization in order to win elective office. It’s about a political party that loves power more than it loves its country.

That’s not invective, that’s truth, and it’s about time someone said it.

The politics of envy was on proud display a couple weeks ago when President Obama pledged the rest of his term to fighting “income inequality.” He noted that some people make more than other people, that some people have higher incomes than others, and he says that’s not just. That is the rationale of thievery.

The other guy has it, you want it, Obama will take it for you. Vote Democrat. That is the philosophy that produced Detroit.

It is the electoral philosophy that is destroying America. It conceals a fundamental deviation from American values and common sense because it ends up not benefiting the people who support it, but a betrayal.

The Democrats have not empowered their followers, they have enslaved them in a culture of dependence and entitlement, of victim-hood and anger instead of ability and hope. The president’s premise – that you reduce income inequality by debasing the successful–seeks to deny the successful the consequences of their choices and spare the unsuccessful the consequences of their choices. Because, by and large, income variations in society are a result of different choices leading to different consequences.

Those who choose wisely and responsibly have a far greater likelihood of success, while those who choose foolishly and irresponsibly have a far greater likelihood of failure.

Success and failure usually manifest themselves in personal and family income. You choose to drop out of high school or to skip college – and you are apt to have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with purposeful education.

You have your children out of wedlock and life is apt to take one course; you have them within a marriage and life is apt to take another course. Most often in life our destination is determined by the course we take.

My doctor, for example, makes far more than I do. There is significant income inequality between us. Our lives have had an inequality of outcome, but, our lives also have had an in equality of effort. While my doctor went to college and then devoted his young adulthood to medical school and residency, I got a job in a restaurant. He made a choice, I made a choice, and our choices led us to different outcomes. His outcome pays a lot better than mine. Does that mean he cheated and Barack Obama needs to take away his wealth? No, it means we are both free men in a free society where free choices lead to different outcomes.

It is not inequality Barack Obama intends to take away, it is freedom. The freedom to succeed, and the freedom to fail. There is no true option for success if there is no true option for failure. The pursuit of happiness means a whole lot less when you face the punitive hand of government if your pursuit brings you more happiness than the other guy. Even if the other guy sat on his arse and did nothing. Even if the other guy made a lifetime’s worth of asinine and short sighted decisions.

Barack Obama and the Democrats preach equality of outcome as a right, while completely ignoring inequality of effort.

The simple Law of the Harvest – as ye sow, so shall ye reap – is sometimes applied as, “The harder you work, the more you get.”

Obama would turn that upside down. Those who achieve are to be punished as enemies of society and those who fail are to be rewarded as wards of society. Entitlement will replace effort as the key to upward mobility in American society if Barack Obama gets his way. He seeks a lowest common denominator society in which the government besieges the successful and productive to foster equality through mediocrity. He and his party speak of two Americas, and their grip on power is based on using the votes of one to sap the productivity of the other. America is not divided by the differences in our outcomes, it is divided by the differences in our efforts.

It is a false philosophy to say one man’s success comes about unavoidably as the result of another man’s victimization.

What Obama offered was not a solution, but a separatism. He fomented division and strife, pitted one set of Americans against another for his own political benefit. That’s what socialists offer. Marxist class warfare wrapped up with a bow. Two Americas, coming closer each day to proving the truth to Lincoln’s maxim that a house divided against itself cannot stand.

“Life is ten percent what happens to you and ninety percent how you respond to it.”

As soon as agent orange decides to be a president for all I'll call him that. As long as he's standing up at rallies and calling the other side "evil", telling a woman reporter "you never think" or "low IQ" I'll never have respect for him. This goes deeper than left vs right. The man only wants to stoke up his base and whip people into a frenzy for the almighty vote. #disgusting. Please link an article or video whenever you heard PRESIDENT O severely denigrate someone.[/QU
Play Obama
Sorry twalsh but I think you are completely wrong about this. When you see evil, you do something about it. Ignoring something can be tantamount to acknowledging its legitimacy. I won't ignore white supremacists. I won't ignore neo-nazis. I won't ignore narcissistic and ignorant politicians, especially when the get elected to the WH. I will always vocalize my opposition and do what I can (in a peaceful manner) to correct problems with society.
I didn’t like when Obama got elected. I think he was the worst president we’ve had in the last five decades. Worse than Jimmy Carter. But I did not go around harassing Democrats, disrupting their meals, and Joining violent protest. Unlike the Democrats and their left wing supporters who do that. In other words they are sore losers.

Let me ask you this. If orange came in and decided "that was the campaign but now I have a country to run, let me tone down the us vs them" do you think we would be where we are today? Should the person in the highest office of the land outright govern like they don't care about 55-60% of the country?

I do make it a point to watch Tucker Carlson. He is by far the most fair commentator out there. He is just as critical of Republicans as he is Democrats
His book "Ship of Fools" is a must read kev

I dont watch Hannity I try to catch Laura Ingraham radio program when I'm driving though

Fox news is the most watch by far

Not even close? What makes you think that? You think that lefties don’t get the exact same routine from CNN, MSNBC, and the other networks? Or do you not notice that because you assume those networks are right? Too funny.
