Way too early to care about this. This will go to signing dayDidn’t expect this if it happens. Said he’s a mommas boy and would stay close to home. Must be huge NIL money involved.
Agree…. ND won’t be involved thoughWay too early to care about this. This will go to signing day
For sure they will. Now if we land him, that's a different storyAgree…. ND won’t be involved though
No that's incorrectScott didn’t commit shirk back because he realized he wanted to get paid…. He gone
Did he commit to Miami, no he did notThen why Miami?
Then -- please elaborate on what is correct? No that's incorrect
Who said anything about committing? What evidence do you have that NIL isn’t a factor in his recruitment?Did he commit to Miami, no he did not
The reason he didnt commit to us is because he wanted to commit and still take visits. We said no, just dont commit and take visits. And when you decide, no more visits
Where did I say it wasnt?Who said anything about committing? What evidence do you have that NIL isn’t a factor in his recruitment?
Washingtons first recruiting class was better than most all of Elstons.... why isn't Scott going to Michigan then....Kelly woulda got Scott bc of Elston. Al Washington sucks and should a got booted after the line got worse and he lost keeley
Elston got good players and coached them up - he could not land the big fish.Kelly woulda got Scott bc of Elston. Al Washington sucks and should a got booted after the line got worse and he lost keeley
DL recruiting has been good last 2 yearsDriskell said recently that losing Scott would be simply unacceptable. I agree. Someone needs to get canned soon if DL recruiting doesn’t equate to the rest of the team. If you are simply content with status quo then that won’t resonate with you. The other one would be missing Lambert. Eyes are on the two line coaches. I think they both stink and were lame hires. Hope to be wrong. Usually I’m not.
It's the downside to more people listening to driskell. He did the same thing last year in pushing the donte moore narrative that it was a can't miss on recruit in nds backyard...then they didn't get him as expected and the entire fan base turned on ND because they were basically spoon fed donte moore is the next savior for the whole summer... Same thing is happening with Scott.DL recruiting has been good last 2 years
7 recruits, 5 four stars 2 three stars and I think Mullins will get a bump up.
We just got CB'ed for a four star top 200 vyper from Texas.
DL recruiting is going well. Worry about safety if you want to worry about something
Well Moore was in the class. It's the downside to more people listening to driskell. Dl recruiting isn't an issue.
It has yet to be seen where Washington has pulled a big fish.
2 things can be true.
Moore never publicly committed. So was never in the class.Well Moore was in the class.
But yeah hes pushing that narrative
Those are LOW LOW LOW 4 stars.DL recruiting has been good last 2 years

He was a commit to the staff and all our commits.Moore never publicly committed. So was never in the class.
Silent commit is a non commit
NonsenseThose are LOW LOW LOW 4 stars.
ND will be starting all 4 stars along the Dline with 3 of them being heavily recruited by the big boys. (Botelho, mills, Baptiste), Howard cross being a tweener propsect that was a 4 star with a lot of attention just not as much. We don't have that good of dline commits in the 23 or 24 class at DLine post hiring of Washington. Maybe they turn out good but no big names have wanted our dline commits. Either Washington is going to become the greatest talent evaluator in a long time at DLine or we're going to realize he's done a poor job recruiting.
Wafle - We beat Rutgers
Mullins - we beat Duke/Wake
Traore - We beat BC
Houstan - Not sure who we beat here (maybe michigan, but I don't think they pushed for him hard)
mukam - we beat stanford/CAL
He was a silent commit. Which means a little bit more than jack shit. He was never part of the class. He was a commit to the staff and all our commits.
So to you it may not be. But to them it was
To them he was.He was a silent commit. Which means a little bit more than jack shit. He was never part of the class.
Even then. NLI signatures hardly mean anything anymore.Nothing matters till the deal is signed.
He's been to Notre Dame multiple times. He doesn't need an official to know what's there. As soon as he backed off committing in the spring everyone should have chalked this one down as a miss.rumor from other forums is Scott did not set up an official when Al Washington visited (he has one lined up with Michigan, Miami, Ohio State). They think likely 0-1% Chance he ends up at ND given his resistance to set up an OV. Really quite alarming and bizarre to me a Chicago 5 star won’t come to ND for a OV when almost every 5 star in Columbus, Cincinnati, and cleveland heads to Ohio state without question.
Carnell tate was telling recruits and everyone that would listen Moore wasnt going to ND WAAAAYYYYY before moore announced elsewhere. Nd fans and podcasters simply ignored it.To them he was.
To you he wasnt.
You should let them know you didn't think he was.
According to the coaches and players he wasCarnell tate was telling recruits and everyone that would listen Moore wasnt going to ND WAAAAYYYYY before moore announced elsewhere. Nd fans and podcasters simply ignored it.
He stopped coming to campus for recruiting weekends
He stopped tweeting recruits
And he never announced for ND
Never part of the class.
Mmhmm. That's why Rees took cj Carr in spring right, and had him announce right away to keep recruiting momentum once it was clear donte wasn't going public. The coaches knew it was trending bad, but had to take kid at his word. Rees couldn't count on donte to keep recruiting the wrs and made the move I give Rees credit for making a move to keep things moving. It's silly to think that move in retrospect wasn't a planned hedging by Rees. Moreover, Carr was moores backup on his travel team...do you think he wasn't in the know of what Moore was doing or that he was hedging?According to the coaches and players he was
