Worst Announcers Year after Year

Why does ND always have such lousy announcers on NBC? You listen to other games and there is a level of excitement and information not found with Hammond and Flutie. They are boring and hard to listen to. It seems they are biased AGAINST ND as well, taking pleasure in ND miscues. These guys (plus the performance of ND at times) are boring.

I don't know about the announcers, but that's a hell of a photo of Butkus. What a beast! (And I'm a Packers fan.)
