My guess is no. Wake will probably put up a couple TD's against the starting defense and then cover with a late score or two against the backups.

Irish score at will vs. Wake. They have a 2 young QB's who both play - both are inconsistent. I know a lot of times ND seems to make average QB's look like Heismen Hopefuls , but not on Sat. Never good when you have to play two QB's.

The WF secondary lost 3 starters from last year - they are playing youngsters in the back end and they will be exposed early and often.

The Irish in a nice senior day blow out - Irish by 35 or more. Put your lunch money plus your 401k balance on it !

Wake is OK on defense, it's the offensive side where they are challenged. We need to get a comfortable lead by the end of the 3Q so we can get all the senior walkons into the game. They deserve that after four years of being on the scout team.

will be a UMass type game. dont know what happened in the game but saw fsu only beat wake by 8. I think the game was AT WF so the emotion of the stadium may have helped. either way, i dont see them being able to keep up w/ the irish for more than a half when they have a BAD offense. ND wears them down and piles it on the 2nd half, 45-14.
