Lot of debates on the baseball end this week with Larry Walker, but the one with Eli posed on PTI is thought provoking. I think many would say two Super Bowl titles at the top media market would make it automatic (see Joe Namath with one), but somebody like Steve Smith said Manning's career was about "two lucky passes."
I also think of someone like Jim Plunkett who embodied resilience and won two Super Bowls but is not in, nor is former Giants Super Bowl winner Phil Simms.
