if Kelly does get fired, who do you see taking over to hold the team and the current recruiting class together?

The DC is gone and I'm not sure if there would be anyone else from the defensive staff who would be picked.

Some on this board have Sanford as the interim savior and possible HC candidate.

I still don't see him as the guy. He gets credit for Kizer's development and last year's offensive success. However, most seem to give him and Denbrock a pass for yesterday's game plan and play calling.

Kelly does not seem capable to take all of the blame for the teams failures, but how much should be given to those on the staff.

People held BVG accountable for the defensive failures, so why not Sanford and denbrock?

That being said who on this staff is capable of being a Baer or Mattison?

Not sure. Kelly hired them all. Along with BVG. That doesn't bode well for anyone on staff. This staff is horrible, collectively. I believe they will struggle thru the year with what they have. Then there will be a parting of ways. But it depends on the PTB and how much pressure they exert on The Administration. We shall see.

Could be! He needs to put some protein in the Irish running game.

When Kelly was hired I thought Quinn would be coming along also.
