The blame isn't all on Book. I blame Book, Rees and Kelly. He can sugarcoat this all he wants, but ND doesn't need Book to be elite they need him to be aggressive with his decision making. This offense is holding ND back and I don't know how you can spin it. Rees and Kelly aren't holding Book accountable. If Book can't push the ball downfield.....find someone that can or hurry and develop someone that can. ND has an elite D and its unfortunate the offense is holding this team back..
