The game winning basket, ruled goaltending, was legit if it were determined that it had a chance to go in. While the official who called the play no doubt earnestly thought that that was the case, replays showed that the ball had no chance to go in. While watching the replay, this poor shlub had to argue that the ball had a chance to go in. To argue that defies geometry, physics and every other related science.
