Lots of football to play yet.

Still a very good chance for ND to go 11-1 and get left out.

Believe an undefeated B12 (Okie st) gets the bid before ND

If ND can handle their business and look powerful in the last 2 games they still have a chance.

Oklahoma will have the problem of getting blown out by a team ND blew out.

But the playoff committee has said time and again they will weight in conference championships for picking playoff spots.

Again. ND not having a shot at one makes their platform weaker

Baylor beats OKSt and the OKst beats Ok... (effectively knocking out the Big 12.)

Hopefully TCU beats OU by a small margin. I think TCU losing by 20 to OSU will make it dfficult to get in.

The question will become. Whoever is the best team in the B12 and if they can kill one another's rankings enough to make it not matter.

A 1 loss dominate B12 conference champ could make a great argument against a 1 loss ND.

Forget all the speculating on what may happen, or what the committee will do. All we can and need to do is win at BC and then win on the road at Stanford. Other things will take care of themselves. That's really all we can do

Don't think of it as rooting for Michigan. Think of it as rooting against tOSU.

Besides, if Michigan beats tOSU it should make their last second loss against MSU that much more heartbreaking.

Question...does a 1 loss north Carolina team get in over Notre Dame?
They are going to beat Clemson btw.
Does a 1 loss Oklahoma team get in over Notre Dame?
Does a 1 loss Michigan state get in if they win title? Which means they haven't lost again.
I don't think anyone can lose from this point forward and get in.

I don't think UNC gets in. Their loss will be to a 4-8 South Carolina and they player 2 FCS schools.

OU is possible to get in over ND although they have a bad loss to Texas.

MSU is possible if they give OSU and Iowa their only loss. However, Nebraska is a bad loss although they may be given some leeway for the BS call at the end of the game.

I really get tired of this talk of a one-loss OU getting in ahead of a one-loss ND. They both played Texas. ND killed Texas. OU lost to Texas. I don't think the committee will need to go any further than that. MSU has skated by bad teams all year. See Purdue for example. MSU is not getting in ahead of an ND that wins out and has one-loss - by two points at the number one team in the country.

Another guy with an exaggerated opinion of his own self importance.

Probably another garden-variety Michigan idiot who predicted an undefeated season and a playoff position in the preseason simply because of Harbaugh. I'm sure he predicted Michigan to roll ND in last year's game, too. Pure comedy.

you won't have to worry about Michigan. Stanford will beat ND for certain. ND will play Baylor in Fiesta Bowl where ND will get rolled.

Just as long as you guys don't run into that dominant (4-6, 0-6 in the B10) Indiana team (they lost to Rutgers!) again... You guys really lucked into that impressive win -- how many overtimes did you need?
