I'm 99% sure the reference to tax returns in the methodology is the tax return FOR THE SCHOOL, not individual tax returns. USA Today has no right to anyone's individual tax return. This could rate up there with the stupidest threads ever on here.As the old saying goes, we get what we pay for.

Before someone says that's not what he makes. This is based on his 2015 tax return. So if he makes more significant monies he probably should file that huh.
