My guess is the revenue comes from different sources ... attendance, TV, sale of merchandize, etc. Wonder how large arenas the teams above ND compare with Purcel Pavilion and how much they charge per seat compared to ND.

I've been to a couple of home games with the ND ladies, and the arena looked packed, and the admission tickets weren't that expensive. So just wondering where the $3M - $4M extra is coming from.

When was the last time you were at a game? I've been a season ticket holder since 2001. Ticket sales soared with Skylar and the string of consecutive final four runs after her. After the collapse of the team in Muffet's final year and covid, sales are way down. I'd say an average crowd is 2/3 to 3/4 full.

My understanding, though, is women have better attendance than men bball.

I'd say ND is on that cusp of price vs sales. I think if they raise the ticket price even a moderate amount (at this time) they would lose some sales. How much they would lose vs profit made is of course a whole other formula.
