I'll have a more complete story later tonight, but Olivia Miles has been ruled out for Friday's ACC Women's Basketball Tournament quarterfinal game on Friday (2 p.m. ET; ACC Network) between No. 1 seed Notre Dame (24-4) and eighth-seeded NC State (20-10) at Greensboro, N.C. She has not necessarily been ruled out of subsequent games in the ACC tourney should the Irish advance, though she was seen visibly limping out in public on Thursday. Head coach Niele Ivey said Miles would be re-examined and re-evaluated next week after the conclusion of the tournament.
Miles suffered a right knee injury Sunday in a 68-65 come-from-behind win at Louisville in the regular-season finale for both teams.
