Ball was thrown over his head in the back of the end zone with no room to adjust coming off an injury, but don't let that from keeping you from deminishing the way he stepped up yiday

You have No Clue - That was not a catchable ball - a rocket up high in a moonsoon - if he had come down w/ that - it would of been a Great catch.

You also have no clue - Will fuller, Jerry Rice and just about any other great reciever would not of caught that - Ask Kizer - that one was on him for not throwing a catchable ball to wide open receiver. Kizer even said as much after that game.
Bottom line the catch today won a game vs. their most important rival.
dude at a big time school a rocket that hits two hands has to be caught. Ask the guys who used to catch for Brett favre in green bay. He through rockets every play on every condition. Qbs job is to put the ball in your range, wr job is to catch it. As I said Robinson would tell u himself he should have caught that monsoon ball. Hence all his practice catching the ball the week following.... No time spent telling kizer to throw it softer. Wrs catch period. If it touches both hands they should come down with it. Period.

Hopefully this gets him going. He's very important to our red zone offense. Kizer did not execute the jump ball pass, but Robinson made a hell of a play to bail him out.
I think this post was originally intended to give props to Robinson. That was one hell of a catch that we really needed!!! Nice to see this kid rebound. Shows a lot of character.
