Well coached team. I see a fiery young enthusiastic coach. Kind of exciting to watch.
Tough defense. Gets the ball to his playmaker Davis. Runs tough. Good lookin team. Shame we dont make a move.
Someone is gonna get a good one. With that kind of energy in todays game. Many recruits and fans alike will fall in love with this guy. Im sold.

I was watching it too, but now I can't. I have to admit, I wanted Fleck so bad and now we aren't getting him. I'm not saying Fleck is THE ANSWER, but I certainly wanted him to get a shot. I can't believe I'm actually envious of Western Michigan. Best case scenario Fleck stays at WMU or goes to Purdue and we get him next year. Worst case, he goes to Oregon and does well and even if offered, ND can't afford the buyout or Fleck says, you should have hired me last year. Way to go Jack.

Kelly won the MAC championship! (And he never went 1-11 getting there.)

Earlier he won two Div 2 NATIONAL Championships...

He won the Big East TWICE at Cincy -- and was undefeated 12-0 before he left for ND. He went 12-0 in 2012 at ND.

So give me a freaking break.

Alabama - played down - way down w/ their out of conference games. Vs. West. Kent. // Kent State // Tenn. Chattanoga //

And The SEC was also way down this year -

W. Mich played teams out of conference from a lot tougher conference than they were in - Big Ten.

Based on rosters / and the talent level W.Mich has compared to Alabama's talent level and Alabama playing competition way down from their talent base for their 3 out of conference games -

W.Mich undefeated season is more impressive.

Also W. Mich. Has a coach that has a clear plan. A "decisive" leader, great motivator of young men. One that our coach could aspire to. Unfortunately for those of us ready for change can find better ways to make use of our time come Saturdays. While we watch Fleck go somewhere else. Immediately take the recruiting world by storm. Likely take his team to a New years 6 first year. While We'll roll out another underachieving, poor tackling, ST nightmare. We will here about how he brought on this new analyst to come in and help with____ situation. Only to roll out a poorer looking version than before.

I truly despise this administration for treating us like idiots! Shame on you Notre Dame.

Spot on - I'm sure BK will have the boys doing "thud" tackling again next year. Thud tackling ? What a joke. He thinks he's a football coach ?

This administation cares about 2 things - their reputation and their money. Hit them in the pocketbook and watch them squirm. Boycott the product until they respect the people who support them.

Likewise, but I couldnt disagree w/ you anymore. Bama has the most talented roster in College Football. They played 3 patsy's for non conference games. And the SEC was watered down this season.

What W.Mich accomplished w/ their talent level of players playing their peers -talent wise - plus playing 2 big ten teams w. better talent - makes
The W, Mich 12-0 just as impressive or more so because of the facts above.

Enough with this Fleck BS. This guy recruited two rapist and one of them had four prior arrest for rape so why should this guy be a HC at ND.Please this guy and his rah rah BS just doesn't cut it.

All you're proving is he's in over his head at this level. Congrats on being big time at D2.
