Very proud

Judging by my message board name you can imagine how proud I am of the Providence College Friars winning the NCAA National Hockey Championship. I realize it's the least popular of the four major sports, it's still quite an accomplishment considering the size of the school.

Providence showed a lot of grit in that game, and in the playoffs. Glad to see them score their first National Hockey Championship. The 'own-goal' is much ado about nothing, the game was all tied up, and the Friars took Eichel out of the game. Well deserved.

(In a bit of an ironic twist it looks like O'Connor may very well end up in the Oilers silks.....)
