If you had a brain, which would be a real stretch, you’d know that Vegas‘s opening line had Notre Dame favored by 2. Ergo, Vegas had Notre Dame winning the game.
Subsequently, it was the flow of money, not Vegas’s reassessment, that moved the betting line to where it is now.
Have someone who knows how Vegas operates explain that to you.

Secondly, you thought that Vegas favored Syracuse because the line at game time favored Syracuse, when in fact it’s the opening line that indicates who Vegas favors. Once the opening line is set, the flow of money is what moves it, not Vegas changing their opinion.
