Notre Dame wide receiver target JonAnthony Hall plans to announce his commitment Friday at 12 p.m. EDT, he shared on Twitter. Hall made an official visit to Notre Dame earlier this month. He also made official visits to Northwestern, Stanford, Purdue and Indiana.
