Angelic Trumpets sounded to welcome fans home.
The grotto was lit, the Basilica full,
KoC steaks at the ready, fans hungry as a bull.
The Fighting Irish prepare, yearning to play,
All the students rally, this is our day.
On the gridiron, the band plays the Victory March,
But before that, they go through the law arch.
Now it’s almost game time and we’re ready to fight!

I have been at work all day and I am still here and I have to be back in at 6am in the morning but not until after a ten mile run at 4am. I have no time to really think about the game until it starts---- The Irish will put on a spectacle for all the world to see. Texas will go down like when Santa Anna's troops slaughtered them at the Alamo.

I watched the pep rally and when coach Kelly wasn't talking it was quite entertaining. Jaylon "we gonna kick their ass" Smith was the highlight of it.
