so very disappointed to see political bs on this board. Inexcusable. Take your opinion on politics and shove it up your butt

I come here to see opinion and info on ND. Politics is the last thing I want to see here

And the political opinions of expressed here have now influenced how I see my fellow ND posters. People I always liked, I now think are buttheads


That is unfortunate

I can tolerate differing poisons and discussion on ND, but exposure to the political leanings of my fellow posters has made this forum far less enjoyable

Grow up

Whether you like President Trump or not respect the office, respect the process

I support every President. They are my President and yours too

Deal with it like an educated, mature person and stop posting contentious political bs on this board

try not to be so affected by it. Truth is few peoples convictions these days are very convincing. That is, they will change convictions when another 'conviction' serves purpose; Acting "against self" and because of ones values, holding fast to ones convictions, is generally not a valued value today.

WWJD? that's my personal test. Then I try to do my best for that day. Some days are better than others.

^ well really no one is forced to open a thread. However, properly identifying the thread as OT helps others decide whether they wish to open the thread.
 
It's not only the political speak that can change the way you feel about other posters. It's the personal, threatening, and never ending brawls that erupt over the tiniest of football related matters that can shine the spotlight on people. Anonymous, free, and un- moderated forums bring out the worst in people. You get what you pay for sometimes. Self policing doesn't work. Ignore button is something I don't personally use but it doesn't seem to work either. Asking posters to act and post like adults is useless. One problem guy is gone so that makes this place a better environment. Another younger poster who was high on threats and profanity said he was going to exile himself from this place if BK was retained, which would have made the board better, but all he did was change his name and return. So, there you have it. For better or worse. Free anonymous forum = the great, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

It's always tough for some people to look themselves in the mirror. People like you want to believe what you want to believe. You're the biggest lying troll on here. You might want to do some research once in your life before posting.

I am with you 100%. I believe there are probably free political forums which people can vent somewhere in the stratosphere.

Arguing about Trump and Kelly are almost synonymous. You're either in one camp or another. Nothing the other side says will ever change your mind yet each side still lobs verbal bombs at the other side.
Oh well. Human nature.

I understand, respect , and agree with Theskiboro and the fact that this is a football board, and should be dominated by football topics. However, there are sometimes that certain events or even such things as
trying to contact another poster, asking for prayers, etc., should be ok if one first lists the tread as OT.
I think the bigger problem on this Board, football or otherwise, is that people start name calling
and not respecting other posters.
There are a number of people on this board that are really good posters, whose posts I really enjoy
reading and also discussing related view points with them. Sometimes I agree with them other times not,
but we always disagree respectfully.
Once I see name calling implied or expressed by a poster, I just ignore that post !
