Since ND's last win against an AP top 5 team (2005 @ #3 Michigan), there have been 192 games in which a top 5 team has lost. 58 programs, including App St, ASU, Illinois, Nevada, Rutgers, and USF have beaten an AP top 5 opponent. 52 of 65 Power 5 programs have beaten a top 5 team since the Irish. (This only accounts for the team's ranking at the time of the game, so the 2013 win against MSU, for example, would not count.)
UGA is a better team than ND and should win, but damn if we aren't due to win one of these.
