Whoever it is will be at a disadvantage. The new coach, fair or unfair, will be compared to his predecessor. The fan expectations will be Championship or bust. It will be highly unlikely that the new head coach, expierenced or not , will duplicate what Saban did.

The new coach will probably want to bring his own staff in. He is not good enough to be an OC in the NFL and BK probably has other plans. Maybe, he get a head coaching job at a smaller school.
