maybe the best thing to happen to ND this offseason was the transfer of safety Alohi Gilman, who had 12 tackles against ND last year. Due to our position of most need he might be the difference maker in what will probably be many close games this season. Anyone know anything regarding the petition to allow him eligeability this season?
