These domers have taken to the new system like bees to honey . No one stands out with the exception of Cooney but no one is not holding there own - great team coordination and a great new defensive coordinator amazing!!!

This is the year. We will lose the OL and that will drastically change the team. We will probably lose Elko, that will be a massive drop off. This is the year! We have to get to the playoffs!
You've got to stop being overly pessimistic brother. The sky isn't falling.
Perhaps you should temper your thoughts? Elko will suddenly leave after a yr, on a 3 yr deal? And the reasoning we will be left off the committee's ranking is laughable. No we did not outplay Georgia in that game! We did have "plenty" of opportunity to win. We did not. Enjoy the win! Definitely enjoy watching the best ND team you have seen over 20 years!

Tevon Coney is a beast ! But Daelin Hayes was killing people today !
Running a defense that needs 60 hours a week to make work, but doing it with 20 hours a week college kids.
I love the guts and feistiness of this defense though I do get faint-hearted on every defensive play! I call it my BVG hangover. Hopefully, it will be gone by season's end.

NC state averaged 35 pts a game scored 1 offensive TD which was a miraculous 1 handed grab. Defense is legit.
Excuse me negative Nelly, you said we have NO shot at the playoffs. So basically, according to you, we are done and there's not even a reason to play the rest of this season, or next.
Remember after ND fired BVG how the defense immediately improved and this year working with a good system ND has one of the best in the country .

That's a dumb comment. Elko isn't going anywhere after just 1 year at ND and the OL will be fine.

Plus they should be better next year if everyone with eligibility returns.
