If UGA, with a true freshman QB making his first start in an away game, a true freshman right tackle, a true freshman safety (Lecounte), giving up 127 yards on 11 (or was it 12?) penalties, a dropped long TD pass, two fumbles and an interception, can go to Notre Dame and eke out a win, bodes well for the rest of the season. The staff will work on eliminating those drive-killing penalties. QB Jake Fromm will improve in every game.
