I am certainly not going to fault Freeman for what happened here. Yes, it sucks to lose Bowen. And yes, Bowen handled the whole thing poorly. But don't throw away the baby with the bath water.

That’s pathetic. ND needs highly skilled athletes that have the discipline and maturity to succeed at ND … coaches thought they had one in PB, but turns out they were wrong on this one. Let’s all move on, it’s one student athlete who quite frankly probably ended up at the program and school that are the best fit for him.

I took an interest and YouTubed some of his little interviews and whatnot, and he came off as a nice enough kid, a totally decent fit for ND, and just not some sort of scumbag kid in any way.
