It's discipline. That's why the teams in the top 10 are up there. And that's why the Louisville Razorbacks under Petrino are so good without multitudes of 4 and 5 star players. If you listen- Kelly wants his team to just go play loose and with energy and enthusiasm. But the underlying discipline doesn't exist and his complaining and frustration need to be replaced with strong leadership skills which instill better discipline and confidence in his players. Then he won't have to keep lecturing them about how it should be. It would also make the players tougher when things go against them in the game and help them fight back through any adversity.
