Lamar Jackson still in the heisman talk. Another one is Barrett being favored over Baker Mayfield.

Where? I have not heard Lamar's name brought up in the same breath as Heisman since week 2...... or is this just another conspiracy theory?
It's on 5dimes. He is listed in the top seven at plus 4000. No he will not when it, but they just have to keep certain people in the news. They gave it to him last year before the season started.

So, a betting website has him listed at +4000 and that is bothering you? Why wouldn't they list him as long as people are willing to lay money on him?

Yeah man that's how they make money. The more people that bet on him the more they make, it doesn't matter if he actually loses or if they think he will win.

No one said anything about being bothered by it. Why do people wast their time watching college football when they know that out of 130 FBS schools, only around ten have a chance to win a championship. If gambling was not involved in sports, there would be none. Its one big soap opera, just like the controversy that will come out when the playoffs are announced. They are reeling in the big fish.

A betting website is far from "being in the Heisman talk".

Tell us---if that is your take on it, why do you watch? If that is your take on it, why are you on this board? If you think it is "one big soap opera," why do you follow the game? You know, if you have a gambling problem, you can get treatment for that.

So, why exactly are you here???

The Heisman is a joke. No one really knows what the criteria are anyway. Add in the fact that in only goes to Quarterbacks and running backs and it even worse. Also add in the fact that there are multiple other awards for basically the same thing and it really gets worse.

+4000 is hardly "in the talk". I think Jim Gilmore had better odds
