One season as a OC. This is arguably the most critical season for "Coach 4 & 8" . Interesting that he'd turn over the most important aspect of his duties to someone with little to no experience - while the Kelly lovers complained that Fleck had not enough. Now how much of this change came from the direction/suggestion of Swarbrick?
