"In response to a lawsuit filed in April by Erica Kinsman, Winston's attorneys denied the allegations of rape, sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress arising out of forcible rape in her complaint.

"Ms. Kinsman's False Statements have caused significant reputational and professional injury to Mr. Winston, as evidenced by the almost inconceivable amount of media attention devoted to Ms. Kinsman's False Statements," the counterclaim states."

"Winston's attorneys, John F. Meyers and David Cornwell, also filed a motion to transfer the case from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, which is in Orlando, to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, which is in Tallahassee."

Some of us posted that he should do this and saw it coming a mile away.....

I'm guessing it settles with no money exchanging hands... (imo edge to winston though if $ are moved)

I sincerely feel bad for the Irish fans here. FSU has our share of boneheaded posters but my goodness, no one comes close to argus and all his personas. Can't imagine y'all having to deal with him every day over here. Good luck!

Well, the good news is "it" isn't here... I this gets to court it'll be lurid.

Sorry to be the one to break the bad news but he just got all three personas banned at the Soundoff Board. That means he'll be back to his only safe haven. Expect a delusional visit from the three headed monster to surface at any moment spewing trash about his usual obsession.

This girl is going to have a real difficult time when she has to explain her day. Winston doesn't give a sh** about crab legs, bb guns, people giving him free food, "stealing" soda...... He will admit to all of it, but that hardly bolsters her case that he is rapist. Is he an idiot? Yeah, he has done moronic things.... Now he has has 16 million pointed at her. Isn't her attorney her aunt? She better have a solid plan B aka exit strategy... Is it possible that video or audio is floating somewhere or is all that gone?

I see both cases being thrown out because it is hard to prove it either way. That is why charges were never filled against him in the first place. This is one of those cases where justice may not be served until the next life IF he did it.

Her aunt's wife is one of her attorneys. The main one handling this case is John Clune, the guy that shook Kobe down.

The sad thing is that Winston's rep is ruined no matter what unless she confesses to Katie Couric that she lied. She has no money so Jameis won't get anything and idiots will still say five years from now that he is a rapist. Hope the media ever gets after me like it did him.
