Charlotte (N.C.) Ardrey Kell four-star defensive end Julian Okwara plans to announce his college decision on April 30. He's obviously the brother of current Notre Dame defensive end Romeo Okwara, so I asked him on Friday what he thought about the recruitment. Romeo didn't say much, but the Irish are in good shape.

Update 4/13 - 7:01 pm -- Okwara will announce his decision Tuesday at 6 pm now. Notre Dame - like we stated above - is in real good shape.
