Notre Dame offered Pembroke Pines (Fla.) Flanagan four-star linebacker Devin Bush Jr. on Tuesday. Bush, whose father played at Florida State, said he doesn't know much about the Irish, but he's good friends with current Notre Dame linebacker and freeman early enrollee Tevon Coney.
