Keith Gilmore has only been at Notre Dame for just a few months, but just because the veteran defensive line coach doesn't have a full season under his belt with the Irish, doesn't mean that he doesn't know what he's looking for on the recruiting trail.
"Personally, I like high motor guys – guys that show the ability to run and change direction," Gilmore said. "We also want to get guys with length. Guys with long arms, long legs, guys that can separate and have a great step. That goes especially for the pass rushers, and the outside guys."
