Ill admit when I heard Kelly say Butler beat out Farley, Watkins, Coleman for the 3rd CB spot I had to do a double take. My 1st reaction was we're screw but after thinking about it Bulter had to perform really well to beat out Farley who isn't great but is more than serviceable, Coleman who seems to possess all the physical tools to be an above average CB and Watkins who Coach D was high on and who had a good spring.
So did you guys notice how well Butler had been playing? Do you have examples of guys that you saw 1 year and thought no way he will ever see the field in his career here and then the next you we're like wow how did he get so good? TIA
