Haden made the decision because he has a gay son and this law is/was intended to discriminate against the gay community. My wife is from Indiana and is embarrassed by this law. It appears that ND is also embarrassed by this law. Of course, Irish Jack is proud of the law and that is his right. He makes some good points as to ND football but he and I sharply disagree on certain issues. So be it.
