option defenses in prepararion for Navy and Georgia Tech this year. At first glance it looks like a positive, but is there any way that ND out-thinks themselves here?
I like the proactive approach and taking advantage of Elliot's new position within the program. I just hope they don't outsmart themselves.
Try to limit yards on first down, don't blitz (it puts you upfield and out of position), handle the a and b gaps. Assignment football.
That being said, it will get its yards, but if you're lucky you can get a turnover or two. Thoughts on ND'S approach with Elliot?
