Some buddies and I are thinking about going to the Iowa/Northwestern in Evanston (11am kickoff) and then the USC/ND game at night. Curious as to what the scalping scene is like outside the stadium. Do you guys think $150/ticket would get us in? Anyone normally do the drive from Chicago on gameday? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

I think 150 will not do it unless you wait till KO. Then maybe face. Scalpers are all over the place. Scalping on campus is forbidden but it still happens. Words of advice. Tickets on Ticketmaster stock are counterfeit. Tickets with no hologram are counterfeit. Counterfeit tickets have been a problem in the first three games. Tollway east to Exit 77. That takes you into the White Lot. Free shuttle in. Expect traffic at that time of day.

Sounds like you have a great day planned. Hopefully the weather cooperates. Good luck and be safe.

You will get decent tickets for $150 no problem. I was at the game two years ago and bought tickets from a scalper in front of the Pub at Eddy Street Commons for $140 around 3:00 PM on the 35 yard line lower level. . There are always tickets available especially for teams that are regular visitors such as USC. Yes they travel well but it is not like Texas showing up when they have not been to Notre Dame in forever.

Good luck.
