Rumor out of Ann Arbor

I see Chuck Pagano just re-upped with Indy for next 4 years. Any more brilliant posts in the pipeline? Can hardly wait. lol

The thread was started to make fun of someone who started a rumor thread about Kizer. He threw out an unsubstantiated rumoe just like the other guy. It was much closer to brilliant than idiotic.

JH, like in Jim, cannot pass up a top NFL gig! With luck or Luck in Indy, thatvwould seem almost irresitible for him! Else he sits at the dinner table every Thanksgiving staring at that Super Bowl ring, on his brothers hand!

oh, the pain!

I don't think there are many NFL HC jobs that JH would accept after only one season at Michigan, but the opportunity to reunite with Luck for a team that has underperformed this year would seem a strong pull. I think he stays at UM for four years or so, but will be interesting to see how this one evolves. Ultimately, I agree with Perse that the competitive fire to win the Super Bowl and match his brother will be too strong to resist over time.

A severe case of wishful thinking on your part, but I can honestly say if the shoe was on the other foot I'd be doing the same.

He's home,
"When Jim Harbaugh was 9, he was a cocky little gym rat hanging around the locker rooms and athletic fields at the University of Michigan, where his father, Jack, was a defensive coach under Bo Schembechler.

One day, Bo stepped into his office to find the youngster sitting in his chair, his feet propped up on Bo's desk. Somewhat taken by surprise, Schembechler said: "Well, how are you doing today, Jim?"

To which the 9-year-old retorted: "I'm doing fine, Bo. How are you doing?"

Later, to Jim's father, Bo said: "You know, I like that boy of yours. I like his attitude."
