Report: Notre Dame targeting former SEC HC for staff role
The Fighting Irish are aiming high as they seek to hire a new offensive line coach.

As long as that s.o.b. is conpetent I think it NEEDS to happen. This is who I was talking about in the other thread ..
Would be a home run.
They have other interviews scheduled. The ol spot is in demand, unlike some of the other openings. I doubt this one is as fast.As long as that s.o.b. is conpetent I think it NEEDS to happen.
The program needed a face-lift from the Brian Kelly regime.
I was NOT a HH fan. He'd get you a high pick here and there but the collective rushing attack in the biggest of games was pathetic under HH and Brian Kelly. That was definitely more BK than HH but that whole regime needs led to the door.

You sure it was the coaches and not the lack of talent in the passing game and RB room?As long as that s.o.b. is conpetent I think it NEEDS to happen.

It's Gospel on this board that Hiestand was a great offensive line coach, but I can think of exactly one game against a major opponent when we were able to establish the run when we needed to and that was Clemson this year. And then look at what happened against USC. They threw in a few wrinkles and we had no answer. You sure it was the coaches and not the lack of talent in the passing game and RB room?
